At ASICS, you'll contribute to the mission of supporting smooth retail operations across multiple European markets from the EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam. As a Retail Operations Graduate, you'll provide essential operational support to the retail network, support major projects such as the POS replacement rollout and DTC Summit, help resolve day-to-day store challenges, and ensure smooth operations across retail locations.

Your role will be instrumental in bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

This is a fixed-term position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months based on performance. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop new skills in a supportive environment.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Provide operational and administrative support to retail stores and the Retail Operations team.
• Resolve store issues through the ticketing system to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support the preparation and execution of inventory count season, including investigating results.
• Assist with store opening, refit and relocation projects from planning through to implementation.
• Support the planning and preparation of the DTC Summit event.
• Create and deliver training materials for retail stores to enhance operational standards.
• Support the testing (UAT) and implementation of the Retail POS replacement rollout across the retail network.
• Attend meetings and document minutes and action items to ensure clear communication and follow-up.

You have the following skills:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Affinity with sports or fashion.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with retail stores and internal stakeholders.
