Hunkemöller is looking for an analytical, creative, proactive and sharp Ecommerce Business Partner / Business Analyst. The business analyst plays a vital role in the growth of our Ecommerce business through creating insights, developing dashboards and challenging business leaders. Functioning as a liaison between business stakeholders and internal and external suppliers, the business analyst works to understand the strategy, needs and potential to translate these into business requirements.
This role focuses on delivering ecommerce and business insights that support decision-making, improve critical KPIs, and help grow the business.
YOUR TASKS
Your main areas of work include:
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting to support business decisions
- Create new ecommerce insights on subjects such as conversion, web/app traffic, returns, and profitability
- Discuss trends and needs with ecommerce, logistics, customer service and 3rd party business leaders
- Proactively find ways to improve critical KPIs
- Participate in the forecasting and budgeting process
- Set targets, monitor progress and analyze impact
- Build dashboards for the business to support daily operations and trade analysis
- Present results and findings to the business and train teams on using insights
- Work with business owners to understand BI/IT needs, facilitate the negotiation of requirements and communicate requirements to IT specialists
- Act as a liaison between the business, technical analysts, information technology analysts, consultants and end users in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of BI solutions
- Review operations while observing and analyzing the bigger picture to identify improvements on critical areas
- Help grow the business with your knowledge, strategic skills and interest in retail management, while following the latest retail trends to help drive store operations to the next level
Who you are:
- Great analytical skills
- Capable of presenting advice
- You have a Bachelor or Master degree in (Business) Analytics or Business Studies
- You gained specific omnichannel/ecommerce experience within a retailer or other B2C environment in a role as analyst, business controller or (project) manager for at least 4 years
- Work experience with digital technologies, omni-channel marketing, and eCommerce solutions, functions, and business practices
- Experience with creating dashboards and working in analytical environments such as Looker, Tableau, GA, SAP
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Structured approach in project management and collaboration
- Demonstrated experience as a liaison between business and technology teams
- Understanding of the basics of finance, among others P&L
- In your daily work you use your analytical and hands-on attitude to deliver results within tight deadlines, keep track of project progress, work with detailed analyses, and you are highly motivated, flexible and open to international travel
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to use different MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- You have a proactive can-do mentality
