Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

During this internship you will become familiar with all facets of the hotel industry. First, you will work across departments as part of your training. After that, you will independently fulfil the role of Manager on Duty. You are part of the Management Team and the first contact for guests. You assist guests with questions, comments and complaints and, if necessary, support other departments whenever needed. You will quickly develop your knowledge and skills in Hotel Management and be well prepared for your career as a Young Professional in the hospitality industry.
