This role includes the following responsibilities:

• Coordinates task dependencies and schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance activities.
• Resolves straightforward operational issues using established procedures and escalates atypical risks with context.
• Validates maintenance records and documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance.
• Updates checklists and documentation to reduce errors, improve clarity, and strengthen process consistency.
• Checks maintenance tasks and system performance to identify deviation and trigger corrective follow-up.
• Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and maintain service continuity.

Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required. Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.
