MedTech Operator - Production

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions is looking for a Production Operator for the team in Nijmegen who can perform controlled production activities in a regulated MedTech environment. In this role, you support the production of an innovative product used by patients worldwide, where accuracy, safety, process discipline and correct documentation are essential.

You will carry out production steps in line with GxP guidelines and ensure that each step is performed, checked and documented according to the applicable procedures. This is a practical role in which you work with batch components, product quality checks, documentation and cleaning activities to keep the production process controlled and reliable.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing the product according to procedures, Good Manufacturing and Documentation Practices and the quality standards of the area;
• Preparing and completing documentation for the various manufacturing steps;
• Preparing and verifying batch components;
• Inspecting product quality according to specifications;
• Cleaning the work area to avoid contamination and/or mixing of products.

Qualifications

• You have an MLO degree with relevant experience, or an HBO degree as a starter.
• You have experience in a production or laboratory environment. Experience in a pharmaceutical, MedTech or other regulated environment is preferred. Knowledge of GxP/GMP or working according to strict procedures is a plus.
• You work accurately, follow written procedures carefully and pay close attention to detail. You understand the importance of correct documentation, product quality and contamination control.
• You communicate clearly with colleagues and work effectively within a production team. You can adjust to changing operational priorities and are able to learn new processes and procedures.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
