Enterprise Account Executive opportunity in Amsterdam

Description

Our Netherlands Enterprise Account team is currently searching for an experienced Executive to help grow and expand our different verticals - HighTech Telecom/Retail/CPG/Finance.

You'll be a highly energic and dynamic Enterprise Account Executive with in depth knowledge of SaaS technology and value-based solution selling. In this role you will be responsible for a small number of existing enterprise accounts whereby you will be responsible for the upsell & cross selling of additional Salesforce products into line of business and C-Suite.

Overview of the Role

In this role, you will work closely with current customers as a trusted digital advisor to deeply understand their outstanding company challenges and goals.

You will collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organisations. You will contribute to our business, as a valued member of our Ohana.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishes plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities.
  • Uncovers a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
  • Identifies compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
  • Interacting with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom).
  • Continuously runs toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
  • Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Account Executive in the technology industry, with a proven record of success in identifying, developing, and closing deals in the Retail sector.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce solutions, with the ability to articulate their benefits and applications to potential customers is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels, from technical guides to business decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure new business and expand customer relationships.
  • A results-oriented attitude with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious goals.
  • A positive, can-do approach to activity that drives energy and enthusiasm across the virtual team.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
