About this role

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Delivery Analyst to join our Reward Delivery team within People Services. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting operational Total Rewards processes globally, taking a customer-centric approach to support our employees.

By working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help us lead and deliver complex compensation programs in a fast-paced environment. Your focus on teamwork to deliver seamless service ensures we care for our people while driving operational excellence across multiple countries.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Coordinate closely with the Total Rewards Design Team to deliver cohesive Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility solutions.
  • Lead the global delivery of annual Compensation cycles, aiming high to ensure seamless operational execution.
  • Drive excellence in job evaluation by ensuring accurate slotting and re-evaluation using Mercer IPE within our framework.
  • Leverage Workday expertise to execute global processes and optimize system configurations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Execute complex compensation frameworks, driving operational excellence across Short Term Incentives and annual merit cycles.
  • Act as an SME for Reward Analysts, promoting collaboration and helping one another succeed across business-as-usual and project tasks.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Deep expertise in global compensation and benefits analysis, administration, or design environments.
  • Proven experience in job evaluation using Mercer IPE and organizational design methodologies.
  • Essential proficiency in managing and optimizing global HR processes within Workday.
  • Advanced analytical and Excel skills to track data and aim higher to drive operational excellence.
  • A collaborative mindset focused on building strong partnerships with internal and external partners.
  • Commitment to achieving team goals while supporting and helping colleagues succeed across cross-functional units.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to act responsibly and make a lasting impact at all organization levels.
