Job description

Teamleader is a SaaS scale-up based in Ghent, Belgium. Our mission is to make work easier, not harder, for small and medium-sized businesses.

As a Sales Development Representative at Teamleader

You’ll have a key role in the international expansion of Teamleader Orbit sales cycle. While generating potential leads and following up on them, you'll be speaking with key stakeholders in the agency market on a daily basis.

  • You will explore ways to generate sales growth.
  • You inspire companies to digitize their workflow. You can use different methods to reach your audience, including phone calls, social selling, mails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn. We will provide you with the tools and training to excel in your job.
  • You will also be working together with the marketing team to help them identify and pursue the right targets and prospects.
  • You'll work closely together with our Account Executives as you will schedule the first meeting for them and brief them in the most efficient way so that you can work towards your common goal: help agencies to work smarter.

When you start working, you will get an in-depth training. You learn everything about us, your colleagues, our workflow tool, and you get an in-depth sales onboarding. Learning by doing is our motto. Job requirements

You’d be a great fit for this role, if you:

  • Are fluent in Dutch and English; French or German is a big plus.
  • Enjoy engaging C-level contacts at marketing/digital agencies, genuinely understanding their business and workflows to help them work smarter.
  • Have sales experience, especially B2B outbound in marketing agencies, which is a plus; you believe in cloud technology and stay positive and persistent on calls to turn effort into sales.
  • Are a good listener who asks the right questions, builds trust with business owners and managers, and stays eager to learn, proactive, and open to feedback.
