About the role
As Operations Analytics Manager - Supply Chain, you will partner with Supply Chain leadership and cross-functional Supply Chain teams to provide strategic guidance and drive operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with regional Supply Chain teams, including market teams and S&OP leaders, to deliver data-driven insights that strengthen Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and decision-making.
You will leverage analytics and cross-functional support to identify opportunities for process improvement, optimize supply chain performance, and enable continuous improvement initiatives. As part of the broader Global Operations Data & Analytics organization, this role supports global supply chain operations by delivering actionable insights that enhance efficiency, visibility, and business outcomes.

The impact you’ll make
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain functional and market teams to generate insights that enhance Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) effectiveness.
- Partner with S&OP leadership to design, strengthen, and execute demand and supply planning processes driven by robust data insights, working with supporting teams to develop foundational data capabilities that enable continuous improvement.
- Ensure a strong data foundation aligned with a “single source of truth” approach, enabling the development of scalable data products that support S&OP and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Translate business challenges into clear data and analytics problem statements, enabling the design and delivery of targeted data products and solutions to address key operational needs.
- Act flexibly as product owner, project/program lead, or analyst depending on business priorities and resource availability.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills to align priorities and drive measurable value for end customers.
The skills and knowledge you’ll bring
- 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related discipline
- Solid understanding of demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, IBP processes, and supply chain control towers
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python
- Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or similar technologies
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in indirect people management
- Interest in and exposure to AI-enabled products and analytics solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive leadership, S&OP teams, supply chain markets, IT, and commercial excellence functions
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
