Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

In this position, you provide support to the Hotel Manager and the wider Management Team through a variety of administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects. You assist with secretarial matters, coordinate departmental initiatives, and are not afraid to take ownership of new challenges. A key focus of the role is supporting the administration and organization of the entire management team while ensuring smooth communication across departments.

In addition, you will take on the role of Manager on Duty, where you are responsible for the day-to-day hotel operation. From answering guest questions and handling requests to resolving complaints and finding solutions, no two days are the same. You will also support operational departments whenever needed, gaining valuable insight into all aspects of hotel operations. In short, this role offers the perfect foundation for a successful career in hotel management.
