Your Role at a Glance
The Guest Experience Host Internship is one of the most varied positions in the hotel. You are closely involved in daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while taking care of guests’ needs and connecting them with the right people. You oversee the overall guest experience, handle feedback and challenges with confidence, and continuously look for ways to improve service quality. You also support the successful execution of major events, working closely with guests, trainers, and conference organizers.
