You will support leading banks, financial services organisations and pension funds in delivering large-scale transformation programmes, with a focus on AI implementation, regulatory change and risk framework modernisation.

From day one, you will take ownership of workstreams, accelerate your development and build strong, long-term client relationships—working alongside risk specialists, data scientists and regulatory experts to deliver meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do:

Risk Governance & Oversight

• Support AI governance, model risk and risk framework design, including controls lifecycle management
• Strengthen oversight, controls and compliance across risk functions

Risk Analytics & Intelligence

• Deliver financial risk modelling, scenario analysis and stress testing
• Leverage data, automation and machine learning to enhance risk insights and decision-making

Operational Risk Management

• Design and enhance operational risk frameworks, embedding data, automation and AI-driven capabilities
• Help clients strengthen resilience through improved controls and intelligent risk management

AI Implementation in Risk (at the core)

• Support the transition from proof-of-concept to production-grade AI
• Embed machine learning into risk pipelines and deploy automated control testing
• Build auditable AI-driven solutions, including risk co-pilots
