As a Recruiting Working Student, you will focus on campus recruiting and organizing student events, collaborating closely with our five-member recruitment team, consultants, and the entire office.

Your impact

You will organize events to attract top students in the Netherlands. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to attract top talent from universities, managing relationships with student and study associations, and coordinating recruitment events that reflect McKinsey's values and culture.

You will be connecting with students and bringing creative ideas to life through engaging activities.

Your qualifications and skills

• Currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands
• Strong organizational skills, with a passion for presenting to and engaging with students
• Collaborative team player with a self-starter attitude
• Ability to build strong working relationships with students, consultants at all levels, and recruiting colleagues
• Ability to work in-person in our Amsterdam office and travel to various locations in the Netherlands for recruitment events
• Effective communication skills in both English and Dutch, verbally and in writing
