About the role

This role is based in Reckitt’s Supply – Manufacturing vertical and plays a key role in establishing a data-driven manufacturing operations strategy through collaboration with engineering, manufacturing excellence, IT, and other stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

• Shaping and driving the product vision and strategy in line with Supply business goals
• Leading a multi-year roadmap focused on high-impact digital and operational initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to deliver business value and supporting plants/categories with measurable benefits
• Establishing strong data and product standards across systems, processes, and lifecycle management
• Building engagement across regions by partnering with stakeholders, super users, and business teams
• Managing relationships with external technology and platform partners, including integration providers and automation vendors
• Supporting continuous improvement and innovation across manufacturing and supply operations

The experience we're looking for

• Strong understanding of Industrial IoT (IIoT), IT/OT integration, and manufacturing technologies
• Experience working with industrial data platforms, databases, APIs, and streaming technologies such as Kafka/MQTT
• Knowledge of data products, analytics, and scalable data solutions, ideally using tools like Databricks or Azure Data Factory
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG/CPG, or high-speed production environments
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and adapt in a dynamic environment
