About the role:

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence decision-making at multiple levels while working in a fast-paced international environment.

About your tasks:

  • Develop complex analyses, forecasts, and performance reports that support management in making informed business decisions.
  • Drive data transparency and data quality initiatives, ensuring reliable reporting and actionable insights across the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and business performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional projects focused on increasing efficiency, service levels, quality, and cost performance.
  • Act as a trusted business partner between operational teams and management, translating data into meaningful recommendations and actions.

About you:

  • You bring experience in business analytics, performance management, operations, supply chain, or a comparable analytical environment.
  • You possess strong skills in Excel, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Office products, enabling you to work confidently with large and complex datasets.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, AX, or D365 and an interest in cloud-based data platforms, preferably Databricks, is highly valued.
  • You enjoy taking ownership, thrive in dynamic environments, and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders across different functions and management levels.

About your benefits:

In order to provide you with the best possible support for your individual needs – whether it’s living a healthy life, having enough time for your needs, or developing your skills – we offer a wide range of different, site-specific benefits:

  • Welcome days: To ensure a comfortable welcome, you will be provided with all important details on your first day, e.g. on safety and important processes.
  • Work from Home: If your job does not require you to be present in the office, we can arrange the place you work from individually - even for up to 20 days a year anywhere in the EU.
  • Personal development: We are happy to promote your professional future with us and offer various training courses in our company and with external partners.
  • Redcare events: We promote team-building through creative team events, and celebrate our successes together at regularly scheduled parties.
  • Working in NL: Your HR Service Team offers you comprehensive support regarding insurance, pensions, family benefits, BSN, tax returns etc. We have an extensive knowledge on “working in the Netherlands and living in Germany” and will assist you with all matters.
