Senior Requirements & EUC Management Lead

This is what you’ll do
- Support the Head of Groupwide Requirement & EUC Management in supporting and owning senior operational topics, stakeholder engagement, and functional leadership across the Requirement Management and EUC discipline.
- Optimize and enhance the governance, quality, and consistency of the end-to-end Requirements Management and EUC lifecycles.
- Own the operational area and ensure the efficient and effective execution of all tasks within scope.
- Own and continuously enhance the Requirements Management and EUC Management processes, including governance, process descriptions, SOPs, and control measures.
- Act as a key point of contact for Bank and IT departments, managing stakeholders across the organization with a focus on alignment and expectation management, and for EUC-related topics.
- Support prioritization and requirements lifecycle activities and ceremonies based on business value, strategic alignment, and resource capacity with Bank, IT stakeholders, and Requirements Coordinators.
- Translate complex requirement portfolios into strategic insights and data visualization using metrics that support Board-level roadmaps, requirement processing, long-term planning, and portfolio alignment.
- Provide accurate, timely, and actionable reporting on prioritization, RPC, and requirements processing to support capacity allocation, delivery planning, and decision-making.
- Set strategic objectives for the function, bring change and new ideas, monitor progress, and drive achievement across the operational area.
- Drive collaboration across stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the requirements lifecycle, ensuring alignment with planning and implementation activities.
- Leverage AI usage to drive departmental and organisational improvements.
You’ll bring us these skills
- University degree with a focus on business, banking, or technology
- Knowledge of the capital market, all securities products, and the technical basis of the stock exchange business
- Knowledge of banking law and standards / regulations, especially MaRisk, BAIT/DORA, KWG, and EUC
- Good knowledge of the IT landscape and end-to-end SDLC
- Knowledge of requirement management processes; agile, ITIL, and Scrum knowledge preferred
- Several years of experience in Portfolio, Service, Product, or Account Management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence, and AI tools
- Willingness to foster the dynamic growth of the company
- Effective communication skills, persistence, and diplomatic skills
- Strong analytical skills, including critical thinking, problem solving, and visualization
