Global Head of Group Insurance - Essential Products Company

Shape the insurance strategy of a global Essential Products business. As Global Head of Group Insurance – Essential Products Company, you will help protect the business from financial volatility through insurance and risk financing solutions, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Your key responsibilities

• Define and lead the global insurance and risk financing strategy for the Essential Products Company.
• Advise Executive Committee and senior stakeholders on evolving risk exposures and risk appetite.
• Develop and deploy global insurance programs and alternative risk transfer solutions.
• Chair and oversee the captive insurance structure.
• Manage broker, insurer, and regulator relationships.
• Lead and develop a global insurance and risk finance team.

Financial metrics

• Loss exposure across Property Damage / Business Interruption, Liability, Cyber, Environmental and Employment risks.
• Global insurance premium spend including captive allocations.
• Average annual claims exposure managed globally.

You bring

• Significant experience in global corporate insurance and risk financing.
• Proven ability to lead, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are welcome.
