Who can apply?

This full day event is open to graduates/experienced professionals who self-identify as members of the LGBTQ+ community and/or allies who want to explore a career in strategy consulting.

During this full-day business course, you will:

• Solve a challenging business case: Work in small teams guided by experienced Equal consultants, who will share their problem-solving insights along the way.
• Learn from LGBTQ+ leaders: Hear firm leaders share their personal stories, reflecting on their careers, growth, and authentic perspectives on inclusion and development.
• Connect with our community: Network with Amsterdam office professionals for a behind-the-scenes look at life at McKinsey, concluding with an informal dinner to reflect on the day.
