Internship Product Management & Development

As a Product Management & Development Intern in the fashion industry, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of fashion collections. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the products are aligned with the brand vision and market needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with planning, product development, and ensuring the smooth execution of timelines and budgets. This internship will provide valuable experience in the fast-paced world of fashion product management, allowing you to contribute to both creative and strategic aspects of the business. You’ll join a dynamic, young team where continuous learning and growth are key to daily practice.

This internship is available from September 2025, for 5-6 months. Only applicants currently living in the Netherlands and enrolled in an educational institution will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in product lifecycle management, from concept to production
• Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure product consistency and quality
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support product strategies
• Help develop and maintain product timelines, ensuring timely delivery of collections
• Support in managing budgets and tracking costs throughout the product development process
• Assist with coordination between suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams
• Contribute to special projects aligned with business objectives and personal goals
• Assist with fittings and provide detailed feedback
• Create and update size charts for development/production
• Support the Production Managers with daily tasks

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Fashion Management, Business, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for fashion and understanding of current market trends
• Basic knowledge of product development processes in fashion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• A proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
