Assignments and roles cannot be predicted, but examples of projects include forecasting, data analytics, market entry studies, operational optimization, and energy transition. When working on a project at one of our clients, a Consultant typically fulfills a role as a Business Analyst or PMO. This means focusing on defining and analyzing the client’s requirements for the solution to be implemented. Communication with all relevant stakeholders helps identify the optimal solution and offers a great opportunity to learn about the energy sector and the client’s role within it.

Qualifications

• You have completed your Master’s Degree.
• 0 to 3 years’ experience as a consultant.
• Passion for energy. Some experience is welcome but not required for a junior profile. If you have a few years of experience, you will be scaled at a different level.
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Fluent Dutch and English communication and presentation skills are mandatory. If you also speak German fluently, that is a great plus.
• You are able to process information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
