Your Mission

Aurora Live is seeking Key Client Managers and Network Growth Managers to join the team. You will play a pivotal role in expanding the network of high-level decision-makers.

As a Key Client Manager, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing C-suite clients.

As a Network Growth Manager, you will identify and cultivate new relationships with C-suite executives.

In this role, you will:

  • Identify and engage with high-level decision-makers in your target market.
  • Initiate contact with C-level executives by phone and on LinkedIn to excite them about the concept.
  • Demonstrate the value of the service and convince them to become part of the exclusive business network in scheduled personal video call meetings.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives.
  • Learn more about their interests, investment plans, and upcoming projects.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the network and build valuable relationships by understanding your customers’ key challenges and focus areas.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of Aurora Live.

What We’re Looking For

  • Client-facing experience in a commercial or B2B environment.
  • Previous experience with cold calling and building business relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Passion for connecting with key industry players and driving business growth.
  • Proactive and persistent approach to reaching new clients and overcoming challenges.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
