We are looking for a lead developer to help us develop features as well as lead the dev team. Interface with the founder on priorities and drive forward our technology overall.
The small dev team is currently composed of a backend dev and a UX person, with an outsourced designer.
The person will need to coordinate these roles as well as be active in development, especially backend.
Responsibilities
- Lead the dev team (20%-30% of the time)
- Develop new features (40%-50%)
- Coordinate priorities (10%-20%)
- Evolve processes of DevOps (5-10%)
- Evolve and restructure the code base (5-10%)
Tech stack
- Frontend: AngularJS on AngularJS Material, Scss
- Backend: Php on Laravel, PostgreSQL
- DevOps: Git, Vagrant
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Php experience
- Experience in leading technical teams, as a bonus started a startup before or was part of the early team
- The person needs to be a self starter with a passion for startups, development and, as a bonus, finance
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate and organise effectively with others
- Language: English
