Intern online learning platform

With the Laces Academy we bring an easy to use and easy to navigate learning platform to our users. "Laces" is a data-creation and -sharing platform, with several apps that allow users and enterprises to manage their data. The Laces Academy offers tutorials to common features, as well as deep-dive trainings on more advanced topics and functionalities.

About the role

The internship will support the Product Owner of our SaaS-platform Laces in designing and delivering the Laces Academy to our clients. The goal of this internship assignment is "to translate complex technical concepts of a software product into easy-to-digest video tutorials and demos".

What skills do you have?

Ideally you have the following bases covered to a degree, and are keen to further develop these and put them into practice:

1. Research and learning: you have the ability to quickly learn a new technical tool or software (i.e. our Laces ecosystem) and explain it to others.
2. Video production and editing: you have (basic) knowledge of pacing and transitions to keep online learners engaged. You know what it takes to sync voiceovers with screen recordings. You are proficient with tools like Moravy, Elevenlabs, Supademo and Adobe Premiere Pro.
3. Technical scriptwriting: you have experience writing clear, concise scripts for technical walkthroughs and you have a knack for simplifying complex terminology into actionable steps. You have some experience in storyboarding to visualise the flow of a training / tutorial.

Prerequisites:

• Strong command of English language.
• Advanced proficiency with tools like PowerPoint, Canva or Prezi.
• Availability to work from our office for a minimum two days per week.
