At our Logistics Management Traineeship, you start in Operations to truly understand our core, then design your next two rotations in either client-facing roles or project-based roles based on your ambition and impact. Guided by managers, mentors, our Young Professional Program and other diverse trainings you will grow into a leader who knows exactly where they add the most value.

Your traineeship, Your path

Over 18 months, you will rotate through different roles and projects within Arvato. Each rotation lasts 6 months and together we will design a path that suits your ambitions, strengths and curiosity. You will start in Operations Management to gain a strong understanding of our core business before moving into other departments. You’ll gain first-hand experience in these areas:

Operations Management During this rotation, you will be hands-on! Solve operational challenges, apply LEAN methodology, analyze data, optimize processes and lead teams on the floor. In this rotation it is possible that you have to work in shifts or during the weekend in peak periods.

Account Management During this rotation, you work closely with our customers. Improve KPIs, analyze market trends and manage stakeholders. You’ll see how strategic and financial decisions drive client success.

Project Coordination During this rotation, you will innovate! Get involved in projects using LEAN or PRINCE2, redesign processes, implement new transport systems or test new ideas. Perfect for problem-solvers who love data-driven decisions and change management.

Your customized plan

Over 18 months, we tailor the traineeship around your development goals, strengths and interests. From day one, you take an active role in shaping your learning journey together with your manager and mentor. We regularly review your progress, performance and ambitions and adjust your development focus where needed.

After successfully completing the traineeship, you have the opportunity to continue your career within Arvato by transitioning into one of the areas you have gained experience in during your rotations.

During the traineeship, you will develop both soft and hard skills essential for your role through coaching, training possibilities and hands-on experience. You will follow targeted trainings aligned with your rotation in areas such as communication, leadership, LEAN, finance and Power BI. Through peer reviews and regular reflection, you will gain valuable insights into your behavior, your impact on others and how to confidently handle challenges. We offer the following:

• A competitive salary of €3.300,- based on 40 hours;
• 25 vacation days with the possibility to increase to 28, plus the option to purchase up to 5 additional days;

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for ambitious, hands-on early-career professionals and graduates with a passion for logistics and leadership who are eager to learn, adapt and grow.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics or Logistics;
• Passionate about Logistics and Leadership;
• Permitted to work in The Netherlands;
• Flexible;
• Hands-on mentality;
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English;
• You are available full-time (40 hours per week).

WHAT’S NEXT

1. Short phone interview with the recruiter;

5. Selection day which will take place on May 8 and June 5;
