Financial due diligence is crucial in determining whether a transaction should proceed, increasing the likelihood of achieving strategic objectives and ensuring thorough preparation for negotiations. Marktlink Transaction Services specializes in financial due diligence analysis and advisory, helping clients understand the risks and opportunities of buy-side and sell-side transactions while equipping them with the tools to make informed decisions and negotiate better outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for carrying out financial due diligence investigations and advisory processes (together with your team);
• You are driving new business pipelines and generating business;
• You are the first point of contact throughout the financial due diligence process;
• You contribute to projects reporting directly to the Managing Partner; and
• You are advising on the key drivers and valuation considerations that drive a transaction.

Your profile

You have an analytical and entrepreneurial mind set, you are an absolute team player with hands-on qualities and strive for collective success. You are detail-oriented, numerically strong, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Next to that, we would like you to have:

• A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar;
• Prior demonstrable FDD experience as an Senior Associate or Manager;
• You bring 4-6 years’ experience in mid-market Transaction Advisory Services;
• Exceptional client management and multitasking abilities;
• Strong analytical and communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• An entrepreneurial and commercial mindset;
• Proficient in MS Office (incl. first class skills in Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint);
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to acquiring skills and getting the job completed;
• Strong project and time management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities;
• Curiosity with an enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge;
• A can-do attitude and no nonsense approach;
• For this role fluency in Dutch is mandatory.
