🎯 About the Role

An Account Manager thrives on building meaningful relationships, driving mutual success, and creating impact through collaboration and strategic thinking. This requires a proactive, creative, and analytical mindset to truly understand our partners' needs and help them exceed their goals. You are the crucial link that seamlessly connects client objectives (targets) with our internal business goals (KPIs), ensuring a strategy that delivers measurable results for both parties.

🤝 What You'll Do

  1. Build strong, healthy relationships with partners and work to understand their goals, needs, and challenges.
  2. Act as a bridge between our company and our partners, ensuring smooth communication and aligned expectations.
  3. Set annual goals with partners and create action plans to reach (and exceed) them.
  4. Educate partners on our products, updates, and best practices to empower them to achieve maximum value.
  5. Use data and insights to guide strategic decisions and continuously improve performance.
  6. Upsell and position products effectively based on partner needs and business objectives.
  7. Maintain accurate partner records and documentation to keep everyone aligned.
  8. Keep track of progress, celebrate wins, and identify new opportunities.

  1. Strong Client Retention & Satisfaction: Building trusted relationships that lead to renewals, referrals, and positive client advocacy.
  2. Revenue Growth Within Accounts: Driving upsell and cross-sell of new channels, features, and services that increase client value and Prioticket revenues.
  3. High Product Adoption & Engagement: Ensuring clients use the platform’s full capabilities (distribution, connectivity, reporting) to achieve measurable business impact.
  4. Proactive Account Leadership: Anticipating client needs, resolving issues quickly, and guiding them with insights, best practices, and industry knowledge.
  5. Clear Communication & Alignment: Acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring feedback, requests, and roadmaps are well-documented and acted upon.

🙋 What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (Account Manager, Customer Success, or B2B Sales).
  • Proven experience working in a target-driven environment where performance is measured by KPIs and results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (in English) that allow you to build trust, persuade, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts in a proactive, self-starting manner.
  • A highly analytical and data-driven mindset: you love digging into metrics and turning them into strategy.
  • A natural talent for strategic and commercial thinking; you are solution-oriented and can spot new opportunities.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.

🙋 Bonus Points if you have

  • Experience in the travel, tourism, or SaaS industry.
  • Knowledgeable about API connectivity.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience working with Jira or similar applications.
  • You’re based in Amsterdam or nearby.
