Talent Acquisition - Internship (German Speaker)

Picnic is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern (German Speaker) to join our Recruitment team.

In a nutshell

Our Recruitment team plays a crucial role in finding top talent worldwide and persuading them to join Picnic. If you have excellent communication skills, thrive on identifying the right profiles, and know how to get candidates excited about unique challenges, we want to hear from you! Understanding the profiles we seek is key, as finding the right people is vital to our success.

You will take full ownership of your fulfilling roles, organize recruitment initiatives and source the best talent out there. If you are proactive, solution-driven and excited to grow our business, we’d love to meet you.

This is not a support role - it’s an entry point into Talent Acquisition. Our goal is to build a lasting partnership. We’re eager to consider high-performing interns for full-time roles to continue shaping Picnic's future together.

Tricks of the trade

• Collaboration: You'll work closely with our recruiters and various internal teams to understand the specific requirements for open positions
• Sourcing: Using LinkedIn Search and other search techniques, you'll actively look for potential candidates and approach them to explore opportunities at Picnic
• Strategy: You will design and execute creative strategies to build robust talent pipelines, taking full ownership of the search for unique talent while aligning with broader team goals
• Innovation: You'll bring fresh ideas and provide valuable input to enhance our talent pipeline processes and improve overall recruitment outcomes

For example, every year at Picnic we organize a Business Course event for potential Analyst candidates. In 2026, it could be YOU the one recruiting for it, together with the support of our colleagues.

Your superpowers

• You are currently enrolled in a Master’s programma in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration or similar fields
• You have prior internships or working-student experience, preferably in active sourcing or recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• You are available for 40 hrs p/w, for a minimum of 4 months
• You have EU citizenship (mandatory)
• Note: this is a regular internship opportunity (no thesis internship or project internship)

At Picnic, we use Greenhouse as our ATS. It's great if you're familiar with it or if you're curious to learn!

💰Attractive package

We offer €800 per month gross salary for a full-time internship, along with a laptop and phone to support your work. Travel costs can also be reimbursed, depending on your location.
