At Picnic we have a fleet of 1800 electric vehicles (EPV’s as we call them) bring groceries to 45.000 families each day. As a Last Mile Operator at Picnic you have a direct impact in making sure this is possible. From managing changes in our last mile supply chain to working on improvement projects to make our operations as efficient as possible, you will make a real impact everyday at Picnic!

The Tricks of the Trade

Trusted partner: You will become an expert in Picnic’s Fleet Operations and be the go to person for answers and advice regarding our Fleet of EPVs.

Administration & Finance: You will take ownership of vehicle records, keeping everything sharp and organised while ensuring every quote and invoice is spot-on.

Collaboration: You connect our last-mile locations with service partners, ensuring smooth and effective cooperation.

Stakeholder management: You will work closely with internal teams and our service partners to ensure our vehicles are available when they are needed.

Continuous Improvement: You will help to drive operational excellence at Picnic by developing and implementing last-mile operations improvement projects.

About you…

• You have a Bachelor/HBO thinking level
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You are in possession of a category B driving license
• You have experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
• You have experience or are interested in the automotive industry
