Job Description

Join us as Talent Acquisition Intern at our Utrecht office (you will be going to the Amsterdam office sometimes as some of your stakeholders are based there) starting September 2026. During this internship, you will manage the internship recruitment and selection process for the International Headquarters in Amsterdam and the R&D department in Utrecht. Additionally, you will assist the IHQ talent team with ongoing recruitments, Employer Branding activities and Talent Management activities and events.

Your key activities will be:

  • Managing the full recruitment and selection process for internships
  • Coordinating calendars and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams
  • Managing the assessment process with our external service provider
  • Publishing job ads on internal and external job boards
  • Performing various tasks related to Employer Branding
  • Supporting IHQ training and communication
  • Improving and supporting ongoing Talent projects
  • Organising activities for your fellow interns

Being an intern at JDE Peet's means you'll spend four days in our comfortable office environment and one day working remotely, striking the perfect balance between collaboration and independence. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Academic Program: You are enrolled in a higher professional education, BSc or MSc program for the entirety of the internship, preferably in Organizational Studies, HR, Marketing or Communication
  • Skillset: You possess strong MS Office skills and fluent proficiency in speaking and written English – Having some similar experience with HR activities is always a benefit.
  • Personal traits: You have a true passion for people, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently.
  • Availability: You can join the internship 4 or 5 days a week and you are available for at least 5 months.

  • Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
  • Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's.
  • You are enrolled in a Dutch educational institution and living in the Netherlands during the entire duration of the internship.
