Within the Category Management Ingredient Solution Taste, Texture & Health (TTH) department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Specialist Product Management with a collaborative mindset to support the team.

Your key responsibilities

• Support Product Launch Execution: Coordinate the operational setup of new products, including Management of Change (MoC) activities, Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) creation, and preparation of documentation, labels, and samples in alignment with cross-functional teams.
• Enable Growth Activities: Provide accurate product documentation and samples to support commercial teams and assist in complaint handling and minor change processes.
• Maintain Product Data Quality: Keep product information and documentation accurate and up to date in relevant systems, ensuring reliable data availability for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in Portfolio Optimization: Support Product Managers with operational tasks linked to portfolio improvements and contribute to SKU rationalization activities when needed.
• Contribute to Repository & Master Data Improvements: Participate in initiatives to enhance product repositories, labelling, packaging, and master data quality, ensuring consistent product information management.
• Support Phase-Out Processes: Execute system updates for discontinued SKUs and coordinate essential communication to ensure smooth and transparent product transitions.

You bring

• University of Applied Sciences: Degree that grounds your approach in structured thinking and analytical rigor.
• Operational Excellence DNA: 2–3 years of experience with product lifecycle processes, master data systems, and cross-functional coordination in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Precision & Detail Obsession: Exceptional attention to accuracy in data management with a proven track record of maintaining high-quality product repositories and documentation.
• Stakeholder Mastery: Strong communication and coordination skills to align Manufacturing, SCM, Regulatory, QA, R&D, and commercial teams—turning complexity into clarity.
