Role

As an Account Executive, you play a crucial role in our growth strategy. You will work with clients in financial services, banking, mid-market and large corporates, as well as legal advisory firms. You build long-lasting relationships by truly getting to know your clients, understanding their challenges, and advising them on how our Virtual Data Room can strengthen their M&A processes.

What will you do?

  • Prospecting & new business
    You identify and approach potential clients (such as KPMG, EY and CBRE) through various channels, including cold outreach, emails and social media. You’ll do this in close collaboration with the sales team and the Business Development Representatives.

  • Collaboration
    You work closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute smart lead generation and conversion strategies.

  • Achieving (and exceeding) targets
    You meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals and contribute directly to our international growth.

  • Analysis
    You listen closely to prospects’ needs, analyze their challenges, translate them into tailored solutions and provide advice. You inform them about our SaaS solutions while learning from their feedback and insights.

  • High-level relationship management
    You build long-term relationships with key decision makers. Thanks to your market knowledge, you create trust and credibility, and easily adapt your communication style to different audiences.

Who are you?

You gain energy from relationship-driven sales within an international M&A environment and you take initiative naturally. You spot opportunities, act quickly and communicate clearly and convincingly — both verbally and in writing. You also think proactively about how we can continuously improve our processes, services and client communication.

  • Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field

  • Experience: 5–10 years’ experience in sales, business development or a similar role, preferably within SaaS and/or M&A

  • Market knowledge: Experience with the UK, DACH, Nordics or Benelux (or other interesting) markets is a strong plus

  • CRM: Experience with CRM tools

  • Languages: Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus. Any other languages relevant to our markets are also a big bonus.

  • Competencies: Proactive, results-driven, empathetic and strong in relationship management

  • Flexibility: Willing to occasionally travel to clients
