Your Role

As a Senior Manager UX Design, you will lead the design of (digital) experiences that are as beautiful as they are functional. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams through the full design lifecycle—from research and concept to high-fidelity design and implementation. You’ll work closely with clients to define vision, shape strategy, and ensure design excellence across every touchpoint.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping client relationships, defining design vision, and driving innovation. You’ll also contribute to the growth of our practice by identifying opportunities, shaping engagements, and elevating our design reputation.

You will:

• Lead UX design engagements for digital products, platforms, and services.
• Designing in a user-centred way, understanding user needs and advocating for people in the design process
• Drive innovation in the design space with clients, such as the use of AI (agents) within design and adaptive interfaces.
• Translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, elegant interfaces.
• Mentor and inspire consultants and senior consultants, cultivate a learning culture and fostering craft and creativity.
• Collaborate with strategists, developers, and product owners to bring ideas to life.
• Drive design quality, consistency, and innovation across projects.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership in the UX/UI space.
• Manage commercials: shape pursuits, scope contracts and protect margin while delivering measurable customer and business impact.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio of digital consultancy work.
• Proven leadership in design teams and client-facing roles.
• Proven experience in business development and managing commercials, next to bringing a large network
• Expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and prototyping platforms.
• Passion for design systems, accessibility, and pixel-perfect execution.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
