OPEX and Cash Analyst (f/m/d)

Job description

Are you passionate about financial analysis? We are seeking an OPEX and Cash Analyst to join our Animal Nutrition and Health (ANH) team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing cash flow, monitoring operating expenses, and providing insights that drive business performance. The role will operate in a multinational environment and will work closely with the Director of OPEX and Cash.

Your key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze cash flow, ensuring liquidity and working capital optimization
• Support monthly OPEX reporting and variance analysis against budget and forecast
• Prepare cash and OPEX forecasts in collaboration with Finance and Business teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting

You bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, cash management, or OPEX control
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (Power BI or SAP experience is a plus)
• Ability to work in a multinational environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
