Your role in the journey

  • Supporting daily concierge operations, including doorman and bellman operations
  • Being in charge of implementing and maintaining LQA standards across the full team, ensuring consistent luxury service delivery
  • Following up on guest requests and assisting with complex cases
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external partners
  • Helping evaluate partner performance
  • Logging and analyzing service incidents
  • Contributing to process and service improvements
  • Assisting with SOP updates
  • Supporting reporting and basic data analysis
  • Working with Excel and Opera PMS
  • Helping onboard and train new team members
  • Joining team briefings and evaluations

What you’ll bring

  • (Bachelor) student Hospitality Management
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus)
  • A structured, proactive and service-oriented mindset
  • A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience
  • Confidence in working with different departments and partners
  • Curiosity, professionalism and positive energy
  • A valid driving license for valet parking (is a bonus)
