Internships

After receiving your motivation letter and CV, we aim to respond within a week. If we see a match, we will go through the following steps with you:
- Telephone introduction to our People & Culture coordinator
- Interview at our HQ in Utrecht: conversation with the internship supervisor of the relevant department and another teammember.

Fixed roles

Are you applying for a permanent role? Then you go through a more extensive process:
- Telephone introduction with our Recruiter
- First interview: with hiring manager + team member
- Second interview: with team member + stakeholder from another department
- Ability test
- Final round: interview with Founder, CEO or Head of People & Culture

We often receive several candidates for application, but we strive to let you know as soon as possible whether you can start with us!


At Stoov® we think it's very important that you have the opportunity to develop yourself! And with the enormous growth that Stoov® is now experiencing, there are plenty of opportunities. We are constantly on the move and there is always work to do. When you arrive, there is often still some space to form the function you'll hold. So there is a lot of freedom to attract tasks that you like!

We like to think along about your future, where you want to go, because we believe in the power of happy employees. How these development opportunities look like, will differ per person.
