Our goal is to accelerate and stimulate the use of composite materials across aerospace, renewable, and defence platform, without compromising on integrity and safety. Our technology sets new standards for detecting and quantifying damages, stiffness, and adhesive joints in composite structures.

Very flat. We are a small startup, so speed, ownership, and getting things done matter more than hierarchy. People work closely together and are expected to take responsibility for their own domain, often beyond a strict job description.

There is structure though. Technical decisions sit with the engineers who own that part of the system, priorities are discussed openly, and direction is set together with the founders. As we grow, roles will become clearer, but we are intentionally avoiding (hopefully) unnecessary layers or bureaucracy.
In practice, this means short decision lines, direct contact with the founders, and a lot of day-to-day collaboration. If you enjoy working in a hands-on environment where your input actually matters, this should be a good fit.

We keep the process simple and personal. First, we review your application. If there is a good match, we start with an initial conversation to get to know each other and understand your motivation and background.
The second round is a deeper dive into the role. This focuses on your experience, how you approach problems, and how your skills fit the work we are doing. If at that point it really feels like a strong mutual fit, we may have a third conversation to align expectations and discuss practical details.
After that, we move quickly towards an offer. We try to keep the process efficient and transparent, with clear feedback at each step.
By doing. You will be exposed to real technical challenges, direct customer feedback, and decisions that actually matter. As we grow, there will be room to shape your role along with the company.
