We compete on intellectual capital rather than on deploying a balance sheet to win business; we provide our professionals with an entrepreneurial and non-hierarchical environment where creativity and individuality is emphasised. Following our acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2015, our culture remained the same, however we became part of a global network, while keeping our local touch. With our current Benelux team, consisting of 12 professionals, we focus on the mid-market M&A mainly in deals ranging from €100m to €1bn.
