Then we are looking for you! We are searching for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator with a "can-do" attitude to help our businesses generate more awareness and leads by being the segment leaders in specialty coatings for flexible materials. Through integrated campaigns, including online and offline events, you will help to enhance our organization's image, improve customer loyalty, and strengthen our brand-to-customer experience. This exciting position sits within our Corporate Communications department and is based at Stahl’s headquarters in Waalwijk, the Netherlands.

What are you going to do?

  • Lead and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across EMEA in close collaboration with Corporate Communications, Digital Marketing, and Product Management.
  • Create compelling marketing content (brochures, presentations, website copy, digital materials) that translate business solutions into clear customer value.
  • Plan and execute EMEA marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements, both digital and in-person.
  • Align campaign and product launch strategies with internal stakeholders to ensure unified messaging and branding.
  • Apply a data-driven approach by analyzing KPIs, conducting market research, and optimizing marketing performance.
  • Manage and optimize global marketing assets and internal platforms to improve collaboration and content management.

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education demonstrating comparable experience and knowledge.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar Marketing Coordinator role, preferably in an international B2B environment.
  • Experience with (digital) event management and marketing tools such as PlayPlay and Canva.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO, analytics, KPIs, and AI-driven content marketing.
  • Highly organized, proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; fluent in English and preferably German and Dutch, willing to travel (approx. 20%).

  • Direct employment with Stahl through a 1-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract.
