Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Junior Developer

Bij TUI Global Business Services is het Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Process Automation onderdeel van de afdeling Technology & Data. Het CoE is gespecialiseerd in het automatiseren van handmatige processen en is de centrale unit voor alle Robotic Process Automation (RPA)-activiteiten binnen de TUI Group.

Als Junior RPA Developer werk je nauw samen met de rest van het RPA CoE-team om te zorgen dat de opgeleverde oplossingen geschikt zijn voor het doel en voldoen aan de business requirements. Omdat dit een interne ‘client-facing’ rol is, zijn uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden nodig om technische ideeën met niet-technische stakeholders uit te wisselen en zo een passende oplossing te ontwerpen.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Assist in the development of Robots and implementing of RPA solutions across all Business Functions.
• Work closely with RPA Developers & Analyst ensuring that the Robots are efficient and of high quality – e.g. continuously perform technical tests and check the developed RPA solutions for plausibility, functionality, performance, quality before and during operational RPA operation. Further development possibilities and necessities incl. possible error analysis and elimination.
• Maintain existing Robots and redesign solutions of existing Robots.
• Create and maintain documentation (Technical Design Documents) for RPA solutions and test scenarios.
• Support all stakeholders with troubleshooting in regards of technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during and post development stage.

ABOUT YOU

• University degree or appropriate training in the field of informatics, or comparable knowledge.
• First experience (gained through internships) in the area of IT or automation.
• Basic understanding of UiPath.
• Experience gathering business requirements.
• Stakeholder management and communication.
• An interest to learn development.
• Structured & logical thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Problem solver with prioritisation and planning / time management skills.
• Ability to operate under pressure / tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix, multi-geography, multi-cultural environment.
• Fluent in English; German language skills is a plus.
