Senior Software Engineer

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our teams and work on client projects in Groningen (hybrid).

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain software interacting with hardware systems
• Implement and optimize software in Python (with C++ as a strong advantage)
• Develop and integrate network and communication protocols
• Collaborate with hardware and systems engineers to ensure seamless integration
• Debug, test, and validate software in hardware-in-the-loop environments
• Contribute to technical documentation and development standards

Your profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Python (and C++ is a plus)
• Experience with hardware-related software development, preferably with measurement equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, signal generators)
• Solid understanding of networking and communication protocols
• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary engineering environments
