As our Manager, Finance and Control, you’ll support HID’s success by:

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Liaison

• Serve as key Finance partner to Business Area (BA) teams and Controllers
• Act as the liaison between the BA and other HID and ASSA teams to coordinate priorities and outcomes

Financial Planning, Close & Forecast Leadership

• Provide financial leadership on monthly close, quarterly forecast, and annual plan cycles
• Plan and direct actions and strategies based on evolving business requirements

Analytics, KPIs & Decision Support

• Interpret KPIs and architect analyses to drive informed change across the business
• Provide financial insight to the VP of Finance and CFO, and support multiple ad hoc requests

Process Architecture & Continuous Improvement

• Design and optimize financial process architecture aligned to business objectives
• Identify opportunities, secure buy-in, and drive implementation of process improvements

Strategic Finance & Long‑Term Planning

• Conduct strategic financial analyses to support long-term planning and investments
• Translate data and insights into actionable plans that lead change

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Best Practices

• Proactively collaborate across multifunctional teams to create prioritization, focus, and global consistency of best practices

Your Experience and Background include:

• Strong sense of foresight; anticipates stakeholder needs and questions to present solutions
• Knows how to ‘look around the corner’—plans work in advance to reduce the need to course-correct
• Proven track record of setting priorities and delivering on commitments
• Naturally curious; able to simplify, chart the course, and prioritize complex issues
• Strong understanding of financial principles
• Advanced-level Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of key BI and planning solutions/tools is a plus
