Meet Our Team
Jaela joined BCG in 2022 as a Sourcer for the Global Specialty Business Team, originally in the Atlanta, GA office. In 2025, Jaela joined the Campus Recruiting Team and is currently based in the Chicago office. Before joining BCG, Jaela worked as a Recruiter in the technology industry. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Spelman College. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring the Chicago food scene, and spending time with family and friends.
