Global Demand Generation Manager, Integrated Marketing

Adyen is seeking a strategic, proactive, and collaborative Global Demand Generation Manager to drive our global demand generation initiatives. Based in our Amsterdam or New York office, this role reports directly to the Team Lead - Global Demand Generation.

As Global Demand Generation Manager, you will lead end to end global campaigns spanning the full customer journey, from awareness to advocacy. You will be responsible for engaging prospects across multiple channels with impactful, insight-driven content that champions our points of view. Working closely with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and our global Studio, you will bring our most important messages to life and ensure they reach the right audiences with clarity and consistency.

What you’ll do:

  • Align with Product Marketing and the Studio to bring our content roadmap to life
  • Define the channel mix, content type and KPIs for our content strategy
  • Run horizontal awareness campaigns on a pillar level, championing our POVs
  • Liaise with digital marketing to support global media plans and distribution
  • Own global email nurture streams for platform segments.
  • Work closely with our Customer Marketing Manager on customer growth initiatives for existing customers
  • Report on campaign performance, leveraging analytics tools to determine effectiveness of campaigns across all touchpoints
  • Test a multitude of channels and KPIs to determine optimal media plans
  • Work closely with our local demand generation managers on campaigns to be scaled locally

Who you are:

  • 5-8 years of experience in a demand generation role, B2B marketing experience is a requirement.
  • Proven experience delivering creative and successful marketing campaigns
  • Channel experience across LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset. Experience in working with data-driven optimizations. Experience with Looker is a plus.
  • Experience in a global role, supporting a multitude of stakeholders
  • Great project management and communication skills
  • Balance between strategic & hands-on: From developing a strategy to execution and optimization.
  • You are a self-starting and self-motivated contributor with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and [languages] is a requirement
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 20%+

This role is based out of our Amsterdam office. We are an office-first company and value in-person collaboration; we do not offer remote-only roles.
