Global Brand & Retail Training Specialist

Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by supporting the evolution of ASICS' global retail training ecosystem, ensuring that store staff are equipped with consistent, engaging brand and product knowledge through our learning platform. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how global retail employees connect with our brand purpose, driving excellence in customer experience whilst fostering a culture of continuous learning and recognition across all regions.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead the operational management of our learning platform to ensure training content remains updated, relevant, and consistent across all global regions.
  • Develop and distribute seasonal guidance packs for Regional Training Leads to ensure consistent global deployment of Key Brand, Product, and Retail Excellence messages.
  • Coordinate comprehensive global onboarding programmes for new store staff to ensure alignment with ASICS' brand purpose and standards from day one.
  • Plan and execute incentive and recognition programmes that motivate store staff and reinforce desired behaviours in line with company objectives.
  • Drive analytics and reporting on staff engagement, content effectiveness, and platform utilisation to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Product & Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Store Design, HR and other teams to integrate training initiatives with broader business objectives.

You have the following skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Learning & Development, or related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Retail Training or Learning and Development.
  • Demonstrated experience in global or multi-regional coordination of training programs.
  • Experience managing or supporting LMS platforms and digital learning content.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data analytics and performance reporting proficiency.
