Over de rol:
- Jouw focuspunten zijn HR (onboarding), recruitment, interne communicatie en ondersteuning bieden.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk dat alles op het HR-gebied klopt en goed staat (denk aan alle papieren die ondertekend moeten worden, maar niet het opstellen hiervan).
- Je bent één van de eerste collega’s die nieuwe medewerkers en stagiaires ontvangt voor de onboarding en je zorgt voor een warm welkom.
- Met recruitment zorg je ervoor dat het hotel zichtbaar blijft met werk- en stagemogelijkheden.
- Je onderhoudt contact met scholen voor stages en afstudeerders.
- Je verzorgt interne communicatie over wat er rond en in het hotel gebeurt via nieuwsbrief, memo’s, sociale media en e-mail; het opstellen hiervan is jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je bent de vraagbaak voor afdelingshoofden en de hoteldirectrice en biedt ondersteuning waar mogelijk.
Belangrijk:
- Je bent proactief en nauwkeurig, kunt het overzicht behouden en houdt van uitdagingen.
- Je werkt netjes en secuur en je bent niet bang om nieuwe projecten en uitdagingen op je te nemen.
- Je bent servicegericht en beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je kunt zowel goed zelfstandig als in een team werken.
