Your Role at a Glance

During your internship, you will play an active role in supporting students throughout their learning journey. You will work closely with different departments in the hotel, gain hands-on experience in coaching and training, and contribute to creating a positive and professional learning environment. This internship is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others grow, is eager to learn, and wants to develop strong educational and leadership skills within the hospitality industry.

  • Support teachers in preparing and delivering learning activities and workshops.
  • Guide and coach students during lessons, practical training, and reflection moments.
  • Observe student performance and help identify support needs.
  • Assist in supervising students during practical learning across different hotel departments.
  • Help provide structured feedback to students and practical trainers during work-experience days.
  • Contribute to creating or improving assignments, practical evaluations, and small training materials.
  • Assist in developing or helping to design practical training sessions for students or trainers.
  • Join progress meetings with students, teachers, and practical trainers.
  • Participate in project groups (such as House of Hospitality) and contribute to student discussions and organizational goals.
  • Help organize work-lesson schedules, planning tasks, and instruction days.
  • Communicate with students and other stakeholders about expectations and progress (under supervision).
  • Support with practical instructions and help deliver small training moments.
  • Participate in team or project meetings and share ideas for improvement.
  • Maintain a professional learning environment and act as a positive role model.
