As a Content Marketeer at Mploy Associates, you will develop engaging concepts to make our talent-focused approach world-famous. You have a passion for marketing and use the power of content and analytics to further build our brand.

Your activities

You will play both a strategic and operational role in further spreading our mission: making teams in data, finance, analytics, and IT successful through a talent-driven approach. You are familiar with different generations, know how to reach them, and understand how to engage them.

In addition, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) hold no secrets for you, and you understand the analytics behind them. You enjoy effectively managing both projects and recurring marketing activities. You will be responsible for our marketing strategy and its associated results. Your daily tasks will include:

• Creating, managing, and contributing to the optimal marketing strategy
• Developing and designing content for campaigns, the website, blogs, social posts, leaflets, and other channels
• Providing insights and analyses to our Talent Acquisition and Business Relations team
• Designing, monitoring, and optimizing creative marketing campaigns for both candidates and clients
• Further developing client and candidate journeys to continually engage and retain our target groups

What we offer

A role within our talent-focused consultancy organization that emphasizes continuous development. In addition to coaching, you can take more than 40 training courses with us. If we don’t have the expertise in-house, you can take external courses with your development budget of €2,000 per year.

• A salary range between €3,250 and €4,500 per month (including holiday allowance), depending on your track record

What you bring

You are communicative, creative, and enthusiastic. You connect easily and assertively with our target audience. Switching between operational and strategic tasks comes naturally to you because you thrive on freedom and responsibility. Additionally, you have:

• A completed education at HBO or WO level (higher education or university)
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing
• SEO and SEA experience
• Good design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Experience with photo and video creation
• An eye for detail, working precisely—outstanding is one of our core values
• Analytical skills to translate marketing statistics into concrete actions
• A strong motivation to get the best out of yourself for the development of a strong brand
