The Medical Support Intern / Working Student supports the safe, high-quality operation of the SkinVision service by combining patient engagement, medical quality support, and vigilance execution.
This role engages directly with users when additional follow-up or support is needed, particularly in sensitive situations such as suspected or confirmed skin cancer. At the same time, the Medical Operations Support Specialist plays a key role in gathering and structuring user feedback to support medical accuracy analyses and in executing required medical vigilance processes in line with regulatory standards.
The role requires a high level of empathy, attention to detail, and comfort working in a regulated healthcare environment.
