JBT Marel is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to support our Salesforce Service integration and our daily service business. In this role, you will organize service activities for several of our product lines. This critical role involves collaborating with Service Sales Managers, Spare Parts Specialist, Operations, and Field Service Employees to deliver exceptional service and continuous improvement.
Additionally, the role requires understanding ways of working within the Service team to support the Salesforce Service system implementation, creating test scripts based on actual work in service for testing the Salesforce system, and training people on the use of Salesforce Service.
