Marketing Coordinator

Full-time/part-time, 38 or 32 hours per week

Are you ready to help shape and activate the Action brand across Europe? As our new Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the Brand team in delivering research, brand, and campaign activities within the marketing roadmap. You’ll work on a wide variety of marketing projects and contribute at an executional level, while closely coordinating with buying divisions and multiple internal stakeholders.

This role offers a great opportunity to gain broad exposure across brand, campaigns, propositions, and research—while also taking ownership of smaller but impactful marketing initiatives yourself.

This is your daily action

As part of the Brand team, you support the development and execution of brand and campaign activities that strengthen Action’s position across markets. You assist in safeguarding brand roadmaps, coordinating campaigns, and translating insights into actionable marketing output.

You work closely with Campaign Managers, Buying teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities—from campaign shoots and in-store branding to proposition communication and research support. Depending on experience and autonomy, you may independently lead smaller marketing activities or campaigns.

Some examples of your tasks:

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including coordination of shoots (articles, locations, models) and assisting Campaign Managers during execution and analysis
  • Assist in brand-related projects, such as in-store executions and brand initiatives
  • Support the positioning and communication of Action propositions, including promotions, e-commerce, loyalty, store openings, and categories
  • Assist with research activities, including briefing preparation and analysis of results
  • Support and contribute to marketing projects across the Brand team
  • Independently lead small but impactful marketing activities or campaigns, depending on scope and experience
  • Contribute to the planning of marketing and commercial activities, aligning with the broader marketing calendar
  • Coordinate closely with buying divisions and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate execution
  • You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment where planning, collaboration, and attention to detail are key.

This is you

You’re organized, proactive, and eager to learn. You enjoy working on multiple projects at the same time and know how to keep things moving, even under tight deadlines. You’re comfortable working with different stakeholders, can stand your ground when needed, and like turning insights into practical marketing actions.

In addition:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand, Communication, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a marketing support or coordination role
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player within cross-functional teams
  • Experience with managing and interpreting market insights and translating them into useful input for the wider commercial organization
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
